These guidelines ensure clarity and transparency, allowing us to deliver an unforgettable voyage tailored to your needs.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions outlined below. These provisions cover important aspects such as booking confirmation and payment, cancellations and refunds, force majeure events, limitation of liability, and the importance of travel and medical insurance.

We prioritize your safety and comfort throughout the journey, and understanding these terms and conditions will help ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms and our commitment to delivering an exceptional cruise placement.

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.

Booking Confirmation and Payment:

Once your placement has been confirmed with the cruise line, Eventz in Paradise will invoice you for your agent fee, typically ranging from $70 to $110 per cruising day. Upon receiving the payment, we will send you the confirmation/welcome documents and address any inquiries you may have regarding your upcoming journey. Our team will monitor the progress of your cabin assignment and ensure you receive all necessary boarding documents prior to your travel date. Please note that certain cruise lines may not provide this information until 3-7 days before your departure. If travel arrangements are being made by EventsTravel, we will coordinate with you accordingly.

Cancellations and Refunds:

In the event that you need to cancel your speaker duties after confirmation and payment, the following refund policy applies to your agency fee:

      • More than 90 days prior to departure: 50% refund of agency fee, plus a $200 administration fee
      • Transfer fee: $200 administration fee
      • 60 days or less prior to departure: No refund

Force Majeure Clause:

Eventz in Paradise acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may arise. In the event of a force majeure event that makes it impossible or unsafe for the cruise line and Eventz in Paradise to deliver all or part of the Cruise Placement, the following provisions apply:

Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to:

      1. War, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, or the threat of any such acts;
      2. Natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels;
      3. Nuclear or other industrial accidents causing environmental pollution or contamination;
      4. Change in law, including enactments, amendments, or repeals, relevant to the booking contract.

Limitation of Liability in the Event of Force Majeure:

If a force majeure event occurs, making it impossible or unsafe to proceed with the planned Cruise Placement, Eventz in Paradise reserves the right to postpone the cruise to new dates. In such cases, if the rescheduled dates are not suitable for the client, Eventz in Paradise will offer a credit voucher equal to the full value paid for the postponed voyage. This credit voucher can be used for a future voyage of the same value within 12 months of the original departure date. Refunds requested during a force majeure event will incur a $200 administration fee.

Travel and Medical Insurance:

Travel and medical insurance are not provided by Eventz in Paradise and are strongly recommended for all cruise passengers. We do not assume responsibility for accidents, illness, damages, loss of baggage, personal items, accessories, or any property that may occur during your cruise, whether onboard or ashore.

Please ensure that the dates and times are suitable for you before confirming and making payment for your placement.
