Charting Your Course as a Special Interest Speaker with EventzSpeakers!

Thank you for your interest in joining the EventzSpeakers team as a Special Interest Speaker! Your application is a crucial step towards securing a placement on a cruise. We carefully evaluate each applicant based on their experience, speaker quality, and the specific requirements of the cruise line.

The application form consists of two sections:

  1. Bio and Topic Titles/Descriptions: Please provide us with your professional biography and the titles and descriptions of the topics you will be presenting during the cruise. These details will be instrumental in proposing your speaking engagements to the cruise line and promoting them to the onboard guests.
  2. Travel Details: We kindly request your travel details, including you and your guests passport details.

While you may have previously provided this information in your Expression of Interest or a past application, we kindly ask you to share these details with us again specifically for the purpose of proposing you to the cruise lines.

Once your proposal is accepted and approved by the Cruise Line, we will:

  1. Contact you to confirm your availability and provide the cruise dates.
  2. Send you a comprehensive confirmation packet along with an invoice for the rate multiplied by the number of cruise nights.
  3. Upon completion of the required paperwork and payment, we will provide a paid invoice and booking contract.

Please refrain from making any travel plans until you have received your booking contract. Cruise lines bear no responsibility for canceled placements, so it is advisable to have travel insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.

While we strive to confirm your cruise as soon as possible, final confirmation from the Cruise Line may not be obtained until 4 to 6 weeks before departure for cruises scheduled 3 months or more in advance. Applying early and keeping your dates open is essential to avoid disappointment. Your confirmed contract will include the applicable terms and conditions.
