Speaker Proposal Form

Charting Your Course as a Special Interest Speaker with EventzSpeakers!

We’re excited to introduce you to our partner cruise lines as a potential Eventz Speaker! The first step is your proposal—once we receive it, our team carefully refines and formats it for submission. We then present your polished proposal to the cruise line for consideration.

Each cruise line evaluates speaker submissions based on their experience, presentation quality, and the specific needs of their itineraries. Final selection is made by the cruise line – we will communicate this decision with you upon receipt.

The proposal form consists of two sections:

  1. Bio and Topic Titles/Descriptions: Please provide us with your professional biography and the titles and descriptions of the topics you will be presenting during the cruise. These details will be instrumental in proposing your speaking engagements to the cruise line and promoting them to the onboard guests. We will require one topic per sea day. For example, in your 14-night cruise, if 6 are sea days, you will need to deliver 6 talks.
  2. Traveller Details: We kindly request your travel details, including your passport and your guests’ passport details. If you do not yet know your guest’s details, you can provide these later. 

While you may have previously provided this information, we kindly ask you to share these details with us again to propose you to this specific cruise line for new sailing dates.

Once your proposal is accepted and approved by the Cruise Line, we will:

  1. Contact you to reconfirm your availability.
  2. Send you a speaking contract and invoice to secure your position.

Please refrain from making any travel plans until you have received your speaking contract. Your final booking documents (boarding letters, cabin assignment, etc.) may not be provided until 1-4 weeks before the departure date.
